The Hill @ One North (鑫丰悦景) is a new 99-year leasehold mixed-use development by Gao Xiuhua of Kingsford Development. The land parcel is located at the junction of Slim Barracks Rise and North Buona Vista Road, right next to NTU Alumni Club.
