About Developer

Developer GDL Land Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Global Dragon Limited, a public listed Company. This unique project is directly managed by Global Dragon Limited. The management team has substantial experience in project development. A total of 32 residential development projects of various sizes were developed by the team over the last 16 years. Notable developments include Inova 100, Sunnidora, Sunny Lodge, and many more.

The builder for this project is Interpro Construction Pte Ltd (also KP Builder Pte Ltd) who has 26 years of experience in building residential projects, industrial building, churches, etc. For residential project alone, a total of 41 projects have been completed over the years. Notable projects are Adana at Upper Thomson Road, Cayman Residence at East Coast Avenue, One Surin at Surin Avenue, an many more.

Singapore-Listed Global Dragon, the former TMC Education Corporation, said it submitted the bid through wholly owned subsidiary GDL Land Pte Ltd. On 05 April 2019, it acquire the former Katong Omega Apartments in a collective sale for $46.31 million at the close of its public tender.
