Jui Residences @Serangoon

Jui Residences has been designed to reflect art deco heritage which is inspired by the National Aerated Water Co., Ltd building, located within the grounds of the development. The art deco heritage can be seen through the vertical flutes of the facade, arched detailing on the balconies and wide inset curves at the podium.

The origin of Serangoon’s name refers to “Ranggong”, a bird commonly found in the riverine swamps around the Singapore River. Serangoon was then an area for logistics and warehousing, due to the ease of the Kallang River waterway. It was also home to the National Aerated Water Co., Ltd founded in 1954, that manufactured popular soda drinks such as Sinalco and Kickapoo.

Strong connectivity and strong amenities around makes this development ideal for living. This development is located close to Potong Pasir MRT Station and next to Kallang River, thus it will have unblocked view of the river. This area is well connected to different parts of the Singapore as bus stops and express ways are at minutes’ walk.
