Introduction

The Florence Residences is a new, 99-year leasehold launch at Hougang Avenue 2. This is within the mature estate of Kovan (District 19). It sits on the 386,000+ square foot plot of the former Florence Regency HUDC. This land plot is directly across the road from Hougang Stadium, and roughly a six minute walk to either Hougang or Kovan MRT stations.
